Aditya has lent his voice in some Gujarati films. In the film Lekar Hum Deewana Dil, she sang in the background score representing AR Rahman’s music. He has lent his voice for two songs in the film Kamasutra 3D, which were Har Har Mahadeva and Ayagiri Nadani, which were composed by Chennai-based music directors Sachin and Sreejith. Both songs were shortlisted for Oscar nominations in 2014. Aditya said in an interview-

He has released many songs and albums under his name. His most recent release is Aavi Rudi Ajwali Raat as co-singer with Aishwarya Majmudar. He has recorded many hit songs like Pankhi Re Kesaria Balam, Hansla, Vitthal Vitthal, Tikki, Gajro, Jago Jaago, Adchithuku, Sapna Vinani Raat, Dakla, Amba Re Amba and many more. Aditya, being a multi-skilled artist, has lent his voice to South Indian cinema and has recorded a very popular song Aadichithuku with the very famous South Indian music composer D Iman.
