Basu started his career in 2018 with a film Khajoor Pe Atke and later appeared in Kedarnath as Gullu. In 2019, he worked as a supporting actor in the Amazon Primes web series Lakh Mein Ek. The following year, she was seen as Kali in the MX Player web series Madhuri Talkies starring Sagar Wahi and Aishwarya Sharma. Basu was seen as Chunnu in season two of MX Player’s popular web series Raktanchal.
