Chetna Meera (also known as Chetna Kentura) is an Indian television actress and model. She is popularly known for playing the role of Zeenat in the long running television show Jodhaa Akbar. Chetna has also worked in Khushiyon Ki Gullak Aashi, Laut Aao Trisha and Hathi Ghoda Palki Jai Kanhaiya Lal Ki. She is originally from Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand.
Biography
Chetna Kentura was born in a Hindu family in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. His mother Meera Cantura is the District Disaster Management Officer in Haridwar. He was fond of acting since childhood. After her post-graduation from Delhi, she moved to Mumbai to try her luck in the field of acting. Her first acting role was for Bindass TV and she was seen in a supporting role in a TV show Love By Chance. Later he acted in several episodes of Savdhaan India.
Chetna rose to fame by playing the pivotal role of Zeenat in Zee TV’s historical drama serial Jodhaa Akbar. She later appeared in Khushiyon Ki Gullak, Laut Aao Trisha, Kaisi Hai Jawaani Season 2, Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki and Haathi Ghoda Palki Jai Kanhaiya Lal Ki.
