Chika Ikogwe is a Nigerian-Australian television actor, writer and theater artist. She is best known for playing Jojo Obah in the Netflix television series Heartbreak High in the year 2022. She was also a part of the TV series The Tourist, Mickey vs the World and The Moth Effect.
Birth and early life
Chika Ikogwe was born in Lagos, Nigeria and relocated to Melbourne, Australia when she was four years old. From a young age, she wanted to become a doctor, although after a few biology classes and hospital visits, she realized that medicine was not a career she was destined for.
In 2015, Chika enrolled at the Victorian College of Arts to pursue a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Theatre Practice) course, but soon after was admitted to a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Acting) course at the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA). It was just abandoned. ,
