Khanna was introduced to the English drama film Memories in March 2010. Later he acted in supporting roles in many movies like Ganesh Talkies, Khola Hawa, Z Plus, Katmundu. In 2015, she rose to fame with the Hindi film Kaun Kitni Mumri Main, directed by National Award-winning Neela Madhab Panda, playing the role of Pink alongside Kunal Kapoor, Radhika Apte, Saurabh Shukla and Gulshan Grover.
She made a guest appearance in the 2016 KD Satya film Bollywood Diaries as Raveena. Her next release was Dear Das, opposite Arvind Swami as Nupur. She was a part of Rohit Karn Batra Hollywood film The Field in 2017. She starred as Najma in the worldwide acclaimed Norwegian film What Will People Say. She played the role of Sobhita in the drama film Bioscopewala in 2018. The film was adapted from the 1892 novel Kabuliwala by Nobel laureate Rabindranath Tagore. His other notable works include Veere Di Wedding, Angrezi Mein Kehte, Line of Lineage etc.
