• Harshvardhan Saraf is an Indian entrepreneur who is the founder of Vedri, a medical center in Mumbai. He is also a wellness speaker and teacher on YouTube.

• In a video, Harshvardhan revealed that he had a cold as a child, which always kept him weak. His parents took him to several hospitals but nothing worked. With time, Harshvardhan made changes in his lifestyle and food habits, however, this completely eliminated his health problems.

• Harshvardhan said in an interview that he and his wife Suba first met at Vedri’s workshop in Mumbai, when Harshvardhan was taking a yoga nidra session in 2018.

• After meeting, Subah, Harshavardhana joined his Sattvik Andolan Sangathan, a non-profit organization that aims to bring man closer to nature.
