In an interview she talked about her first marriage and said that when she was seventeen, one day she returned from school and saw some people in the house who had come to see her for marriage. As soon as she turned eighteen, she got engaged to Chekan. Her husband was ten years older than her. She saw her husband for the first time on the wedding day. She further said that on the first night her husband forced her to do so. She cried a lot, but no one helped her. The same went on with her for a few months, but when she learned that her husband was autistic, she decided to divorce her husband. After her divorce, people started calling her ‘Divorced Girl’ and even her parents considered her a burden. When she got divorced, her parents decided to remarry her. This time she told her father that she would talk to the boy and knew him better before getting married. After meeting the boy, she told him everything that she had done in her first marriage. She liked the man and married him. On the first night after the wedding, it was discovered that her husband was addicted to cocaine. He slapped her, chained her and raped her repeatedly. He told her not to tell anyone about it. She kept quiet and after a few months she found out that she was pregnant. When she told her husband about the pregnancy, she kicked him in the stomach. He bleed for a few hours and his mother took him to the hospital. Doctors advised her surgery. He talked about this in an interview and said,
The doctors said that the uterine tube had ruptured and I would have to undergo surgery to avoid the loss of blood and keep the baby alive. I had surgery, but at five weeks, I lost my baby and soon after, my husband called me to file for divorce. I was completely dead inside to process any of this. But I had decided that I would not let her get away with what she had done.”
When she returned from the hospital, her husband asked her to sign the divorce papers. He decided to divorce her but also filed an FIR for domestic abuse. Her husband was immediately arrested.

After completing his course in Bengaluru, he started working at Gravity Fitness, Kerala. In 2022, she appeared as a participant in the show ‘Bigg Boss (Malayalam Season 4)’.

Anxiety about leaving everything behind. But, now here I am. People will always drag you down, and will not help you at any cost, but start over. You have to start. I’m not saying you’ll be in a good place, but stand up for yourself and in the end, at least you’ll get that joy. You’ll know you’ve stood up for yourself.”
