Leena started her career in the year 2009 as Suhasi in the television serial Koi Aane Ko Hai. The next year, he was seen playing the lead role in the television serial Bandini. Leena has played important roles in many TV shows like Shubh Vivah, Tujh Sang Preet Laga Sajna, Ek Nai Choti Si Zindagi, Adalat among others. She also appeared in the television web series Maya 2.
After becoming successful in the television industry, Leena came into the film industry and started her career in the year 2013 with the Hindi film Himmatwala starring Ajay Devgn and Tamannaah Bhatia. He has done many films like Saathiyo Chalo Khodladham and Pardesi Dhola.
