Nimrat Khaira was born in the city of Batala in Gurdaspur district of Punjab. He has done his graduation in Medical Science from DAV College. He later did his bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology from HMV College, Jalandhar. After winning Voice of Punjab 3, she did her master’s degree in music voice and decided to make music as a career. He is now one of the most popular Punjabi singers.

Her singing career started with the duet Rab Karke with Nishan Bhullar, which was published by Punj-Aab Records on 24 September 2015. The song was well received by the public, but she rose to prominence with her next two songs, Ishq Kacheri and SP. D rank category. In 2016, he continued to get success with songs like Salute Vajde. Khaira released several tracks, many of which became huge hits, including Rohab Rakhdi, Dubai Wale Sheikh, Suits, Designer etc.
