In 2015, Niranjana Anoop made her acting debut with the Malayalam film Loham. The film was directed by Ranjith Balakrishnan, a veteran Indian film director. In this film, he played the role of a mischievous young man. Niranjana Anoop started learning dance during her school days itself. She used to perform in various school programs and cultural events. She began to recognize the sound quality in her mother’s choreography. Niranjana enjoyed choreographing the beats the most. He choreographed and directed the dance drama, ‘Govinda Madhav’ (2018). Depicting Krishna, he quoted,
Initially I did not have Krishna in my mind. I thought of presenting a special form of the goddess, but then I realized that I could not live up to that image at this age.

- Niranjana Anoop once said in an interview that the film ‘Loham’ will always be special for her as it marks her journey in Indian Malayalam cinema. He said,
I was never nervous, but I was excited. Sharing screen space with Mohanlal was a memorable experience.
- She said that she feels fortunate to be working with an outstanding cast, ‘Mohanlal’, ‘Mammootty’ and ‘Manju Warrier’.
- Niranjana had said in an interview that she is fond of dance. She has been learning Kuchipudi dance from a very young age. He said,
I do not participate in competitions, but participate in cultural events.”
- Niranjana is a close family friend of Indian film director Ranjith Balakrishnan. He said,
