Paoli started her career in 2003 with the Bengali television serial Jiban Naye Khela. She has appeared in few TV serials: Sonar Harin, Scandal, Jaya, Mahanayak and more. Paoli made her debut in 2020 as the lead female actress opposite Kaali in Hoichoi’s web series. He was then seen as Vasuki in The Great Indian Murder and Raat Baaki Hai.
