In 2008, Payodhi began his career at CNEB, where he worked for almost two years. She joined Bharat Samachar on 10 August 2012 as a former assistant producer. She worked for India News for four years, after which she joined News Nation on 11 February 2016 as a former associate producer. After working with News Nation for two years, he joined Zee News as an anchor and producer on 20 November 2018.
