Radha Yadav is an Indian cricketer (bowler). She is the first female cricketer from Gujarat team to be selected in the Indian women’s cricket team. As of 2022, she is credited with 4 first-class, 13 List A and 16 Women’s Twenty20 matches.

Radha Prakash Yadav, popularly known as Radha Yadav, was born on Friday, 21 April 2000.age 22 years; by 2022) in Mumbai, Maharashtra. She was born prematurely in the seventh month. Radha’s zodiac sign is Taurus. His family roots are in Jaunpur district of Uttar Pradesh. He did his early schooling at Anandibai Damodar Kale Vidyalaya, Borivali, Mumbai. An average student, Radha excelled in sports since childhood. She used to play cricket and badminton with her colony friends. Apart from this, Yadav also used to play Kabaddi and Kho-Kho in school. During a weekend, when Radha was playing street cricket with the boys in the premises of her society, she caught sight of Praful Naik (cricket coach), who recognized her talent and asked her to start playing with the ball of the season. He talked to my dad to get his permission and my dad agreed. Praful sir started training me in Mumbai. At that time we had only 3-4 girls participating in the practice session.”

Initially, I’ll be using other players’ kits. I got mine only after my coach was convinced that I could play hard-ball cricket. ,

He learned the nuances of cricket at Shiv Seva Maidan in Borivali under Prafulla’s tutelage. In 2013, Prafulla transferred Radha from Anandibai Damodar Kale Vidyalaya to Our Lady of Remedy High School, Kandivali West, Mumbai, as her previous school did not have its own cricket team. In Our Lady of Remedy, she started playing for the school’s cricket team and did well in the DSO (school level tournament). In 2015, his cricket coach Prafulla Naik decided to permanently shift to Vadodara; Radha, following her coach, also shifted to the city. She was 15 years old at that time. In Vadodara, he enrolled himself in Vidya Kunj School, from where he completed his schooling.

Radha’s father, Omprakash Yadav, owns a makeshift stall in Mumbai; The stall is located on a footpath outside a slum in Kandivali, Mumbai, and carries everything from spices to bread and cigarettes to vegetables. His mother is a housewife. He has two brothers and a sister. Radha is the youngest among them all. His elder brother, Deepak, helps his father in his stall. Deepak is married and has two children. Radha Yadav made her domestic debut on 10 January 2015, playing for the Mumbai women’s cricket team against Kerala. She played for the Mumbai team for over a year and later, started playing for the Baroda women’s cricket team.

She was named in the Indian women’s squad for the T20 International series against South Africa in 2018 based on her performances in T20 cricket matches for Team Baroda; Yadav took nine wickets and scored 32 (not out) in 6 T20Is for Baroda. I always expected to achieve something in cricket. I always supported myself. My only wish was to wear the Indian jersey and sing the national anthem. So, while all this was happening, I couldn’t control my tears.”

In 2019, she participated in the Women’s T20 Challenge for the IPL Supernovas team. His team won the tournament.

On 9 November 2020, she represented IPL Supernovas in the final match of the Women’s T20 Challenge 2020 against Trailblazers; She took 5 wickets in the match and became the first T20 player of the Women’s T20 Challenge to do so.

Radha Yadav made her Women’s Twenty20 International debut on 13 February 2018 playing for the Indian team against South Africa Women. In the match, she finished with figures of 0-21. She then played for the Indian women’s cricket team in the 2018 ICC Women’s World Twenty20 tournament in the West Indies. She was the leading wicket-taker for India in the tournament along with Poonam Yadav; Both took 8-8 wickets.
