Revati Chhetri was born on Sunday 4 July 1993.age 28 years; by 2021) in the city of Haflong located in the state of Assam in India. She attended St Agnes Convent High School, Halflon, Assam for her primary and secondary education. Later, he joined Lumding College, Lumding, Assam to pursue his higher education. Revathi Chhetri auditioned for Miss India Femina Miss India 2015 at East India Auditions in 2015. Her confidence and modeling skills helped her qualify as a top-5 finalist of Miss India Kolkata. Later, she managed to break into the top-10 finalists in the Femina Miss India 2015 pageant, but could not make it to the further rounds of the competition. During her contest journey, she won the subtitles ‘Miss Popular’ and ‘Miss Multimedia’.

In 2016, Revathi Chhetri was crowned Miss Asia at the World Miss University pageant held in Beijing. She was among the top super six online vote finalists. She also earned the subtitle ‘Miss Multimedia’ due to her strong social media presence. In the same year, she also represented India at the 56th edition of the Miss International pageant held in Tokyo, Japan. She walked for the first time at the Winter Festive 2018 edition of Lakme Fashion Week held at St. Regis Hotel in Mumbai from August 22 to 26.
