• Sanoop Santhosh is an Indian actor who works in the Malayalam film industry for the most part of his career. Sanup, the protagonist of popular films like ‘Phillips and the Monkey Pain’ and ‘Joe and the Boy’, is the younger brother of Sanusha Santosh, an established Indian actor who has worked in Malayalam, Telugu and Tamil films.

• In a telephonic interview, Sanoop revealed that his father and grandfather were so fascinated by cinema that he appeared in small roles in a few films. Sanoop said,
  

  My grandfather wanted to act in films and my father too. They have both appeared in minor roles.”
