Shardul started his career as a Radio Jockey with Radio Mirchi International, Dubai with Radio Mirchi. After gaining fame in the radio world, she debuted as Maulik Kanji Vaghela in 2009 with the television drama series Bandini. In 2010, he was cast in the drama series Godh Bharai that aired on Sony TV as Gaurav. He starred as Jai in the 2010 serial Kitni Mohabbat Hai Season 2.
In 2018, Shardul starred as Shivam Sen in the romantic thriller-drama series Siddhi Vinayak. He participated in the television reality show Bigg Boss season 14, entered as a wildcard on day 22, and got evicted on day 43.
