Shilpi Raj was born on Monday, 25 March 2002.age 20 years; by 2022) in Deoria, Bhatparani, Uttar Pradesh. He attended a government school in Deoria, Bhatparani, Uttar Pradesh from where he completed his 10th standard. He studied 12th from Chhapra, Siwan. He was born in a very poor family. Due to financial constraints, her mother has to work very hard to educate Shipley and her siblings. Shipley first sang at a singing competition held at her school, and after receiving evaluations from friends, she developed an interest in singing. While studying, she started singing in other schools and became more popular.
