Soumitrisha Kundu was born on 24 February 2000 in Barasat, a town in North 24 Parganas district of West Bengal. Soumitrisha started her career as a membrane with the Bengali television serial E Amar Gurudakshina from 2016 to 2019. From 2017 to 2019, she appeared as Raaka in the crime-thriller serial Jai Kali Calcuttawali aired on Star Jalsa. She starred as Jhanvi in the Jalsha series Goop Bhar from 2017 to 2018.
In 2019, he was featured in the series Alokik Na Lokik as Putul. From 2019 to 2020, he starred in the serial Kon Boo as Koli Sen, which aired on Surya Bangla. She played the role of Siddharth’s wife Mithai Modak in the rom-com drama series Mithai on Zee Bangla in 2021.
