Biography
Tanner Fussell was born in Statesboro, Georgia, to a religious household where very little secular music was permitted. He was an introvert and spent hours playing and singing alone in his room. His confidence grew when some friends convinced him to play for him.
Tanner began playing and formed his first band, Half-Seas Over, which ran for five years throughout the Southeast. Half-Season Over released a three-song EP titled “The Hideout Sessions” in 2017. The band consisted of his best friend and drummer Will Smith. Unfortunately, Will died in a car accident and Tanner later moved to Nashville to continue his pursuit of music. In 2022, she participated as a contestant on The Voice 22, the singing show aired on NBC.
