Zarina is married against all odds to an Indian actor, producer and playback singer Aditya Pancholi, who is six years younger to her. Despite Pancholi’s extra-marital affairs, she has stood by him in good times and bad. They have two children Sooraj and Sana Pancholi.

Zarina made her debut in 1974 with the film Ishq Ishq Ishq and got her first leading role in Basu Chatterjee’s Chit Chor in 1976. She played the role of Chhaya in the 1977 Hindi drama film Gharaunda, for which she was nominated in the category of Best. Actress at Filmfare Awards.
Zarina has since appeared in several films, including Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada films. Some of his notable works are Gopal Krishna, Chamaram, Navarathinam, Rakt Charitra, Ek Aur Ek Gyarah, My Name is Khan, Agneepath, Dil Dhadakne Do, PM Narendra Modi and many more.
